As a leader, facilitator, and coach, I never ask people to do what I’m unwilling to do myself. Grapple with the hard parts honestly.

This is a space for writing about what rarely makes it into strategy decks or job descriptions, but which can quietly sink—or save—ships and selves. It’s about the emotional, ethical, and relational labor that underpins leadership, decision-making, and change, examined through the lens of my own experience.

It’s about power and care, boundaries and burnout, identity and obligation, and what happens when those forces collide. It’s for leaders who carry real responsibility for people and outcomes, and are trying to do that work without erasing themselves or those they lead.
