I start with a free, 30-minute chemistry call for one-on-one engagement, and 15-minute chemistry calls with each team member for group coaching, facilitation, or advising. Only then do I offer a plan or proposal, often drawing on my own personal and professional network, and estimate the number of anticipated days to deliver proposed interventions.

If we can’t align on vision, I offer a referral. Rates vary according to the operating budget of the client organization, team, or leader. If you want my help, we’ll figure out what’s workable.
