Hello—I’m Kristy.

I’ve always believed the personal is professional. Motivated by my own formative experiences, I built a career advocating for women and girls. Along the way, my responsibilities shifted—from activist to CEO. From calling for change to carrying it. From pushing ideas forward to seeing them through.

I know firsthand how hard it is to make real, lasting change—both inside organizations and out—without losing yourself in the process or putting your livelihood at risk.

Women leaders navigate real constraints, real power dynamics, and real consequences. Walking away isn’t always an option. Speaking up isn’t always safe. Doing the right thing rarely feels good. And doing nothing rarely feels right.

Still, my career has taught me that change can happen—especially within and across teams.

This is my focus now: supporting other women leaders and their teams to build environments where people can do their best work without contorting themselves. Where integrity, responsibility, and care can coexist, even when the stakes are high and the margins are thin.

It’s still deeply personal. Work always is. We spend most of our lives there. We remake work, we remake people’s worlds—a team at a time.
